THR consulting was founded by Tony & Diane Harvey in 1996. Previously Tony had been the training manager for an airline and head of the HR & training business of a major international consultancy. THR comprises a core team supported by associate trainers and consultants.

THR enjoys a client base that spans the private, public and volunteer sectors. Particular strengths have been in the engineering, manufacturing, construction, retail, professional services, local government and education & youth work sectors. In the last few years THR has worked around the world with global clients, become accredited by the Institute for Leadership & Management, won two National Training Awards and helped its clients win sector based awards.

THR specialises in bespoke consultancy, training and facilitation programmes. Our particular focus is to concentrate on helping people and organisations to achieve success. We incorporate models and techniques from the worlds of leadership, performance management and learning to work towards this aim. In 2006 Tony Harvey published his own integrative model, the Success Cycle.

All THR associates are accomplished and successful in their own fields. Subject expertise, however, is not enough to qualify as a member of the THR team. They are also required to be experts in learning, to be engaging and customer focused in their style and to be ethical and professional in their approach.

THR is an approved provider of Endorsed Awards for the Institute of Leadership & Management (ILM). Under this scheme, bespoke client programmes are accredited by an external awarding body and successful candidates qualify for professional membership of the ILM.
